" My Grandma Annie. Not only is she my namesake, but an extremely classy woman with simple but elegant taste. She is the queen of mixing and matching a few basic pieces to make them look great.

My favorite place to visit…

Door County, Wisconsin. My family has spent their summer’s there for a number of generations so there are a lot of big family gatherings, sun, cousins and fun.

The individual whose personal style I most admire…

Definitely my mom. She comes from a long line of clothing store owners, clothing store buyers and fashion aficionados. She looks beautiful in everything she wears—dressing everything up with a sparkly vintage pin and her signature bright pink lipstick.

Three greatest vices/virtues…

Chocolate covered almonds, J Brand jeans , and Papa Nicholas Coffee (lots of it!)

Greatest style advice…

Only buy something if you can’t live without it. An investment piece of clothing is measured by how much it cost divided by how many times you have worn it. With the economy tightening, I'm ever vigilant with the theory of investment pieces in my wardrobe.
