Name and Logo:

·         The reFINEstyle Name:  It is usually permissible for Members to refer to reFINEstyle in a descriptive manner on your website, in item listings or in advertisements. For example, a Member is permitted to state that "I sell on reFINEstyle." It is not appropriate or accepted to refer to reFINEstyle in any way that might lead someone to believe that your company or site is sponsored by, affiliated with, or otherwise endorsed by reFINEstyle.

·         The reFINEstyle Logo:  The reFINEstyle name and logo are protectable in the United States.  reFINEstyle does not permit the use of the reFINEstyle logo by third parties unless an individual has a written license agreement with reFINEstyle.  Use of the reFINEstyle logo without permission from reFINEstyle, LLC. is NOT permitted.
