reFINEstyle strongly recommends that Sellers review the accepted reFINEstyle designers as clearly outlined on the list application. 

Counterfeit, replicas or unauthorized copies of items:

·         reFINEstyle does accept items that bear a company's official name brand or logo, as long as the products were made, or officially endorsed, by that company.

·         For a safer transaction and in an effort to protect against illegal actions, reFINEstyle does NOT allow listings for counterfeit, fake, replicas, or unauthorized copies of items as such sale potentially infringes upon a copyright or trademark.

reFINEstyle STRONGLY encourages Members to report listings that offer counterfeit items or replicas.
