Non-Paying Buyer:

Policy on unpaid items: 

Buyers are required to pay for items that they commit to purchase.  For all purchased items, Buyer automatically enters into a legally binding contract to purchase the item from the Seller (including both the Buy it Now and Bidding features).  reFINEstyle requires that Buyers pay Sellers for any items they commit to purchase.  Please also note, reFINEstyle strongly recommends Sellers file appropriate action with PayPal, to protect their transactions.

Note: If a Buyer violates this policy multiple times, particularly if violations occur within a short period of time, the Member’s account may be restricted or suspended indefinitely at the sole discretion of reFINEstyle.  

Reporting Policy Violations:  Simply locate and review the policy that pertains to the purported violation.  From the policies page, follow the instructions to report a violation.  You need only report a case ONE TIME.
