Rules for Members:

reFINEstyle does its very best to keep our marketplace safe.  In furtherance of this goal, the following rules and policies were created to protect you and the marketplace and apply to all reFINEstyle Members.  Buyers and Sellers must know, understand, and adhere to the rules set forth by reFINEstyle. 

reFINEstyle Members shall not:

·         Use profanity on the site or treat other Members with disrespect;

·         Interfere with the reFINEstyle.com website;

·         Infringe on reFINEstyle copyrights or intellectual property;

·         Continue to use reFINEstyle if the Member account is suspended or if Membership rights are revoked; and

·         Make outside offers or side transactions to buy or sell items outside of reFINEstyle.

Please note that in addition to the applicable Membership rules, there are specific reFINEstyle rules related to Feedback, Buying, and Selling.  Please ensure you are familiar with these additional policies.

Reporting Policy Violations:  Simply locate and review the policy that pertains to the purported violation.  From the policies page, follow the instructions to report a violation.  You need only report a case ONE TIME. 

Membership Requirements:  

• Must be 18 years of age
• May not misrepresent their identities.
• Must provide valid and complete contact information and must have a valid email address.
• May not publish the contact information of other Members in an online public area.
•   Must choose their User ID according to reFINEstyle rules.

·         False or missing contact information:

o    Falsifying or omitting contact information such as a member’s name, address, and/or telephone number when setting up your account on reFINEstyle is not permitted. Members must have valid contact information; it is not permitted to use fax or disconnected numbers as a telephone number. If you suspect a member of reFINEstyle is using false contact information, please report it.

·         Policy on publishing contact information:

o    Publishing contact information of another marketplace member, from reFINEstyle, in any online public area is not permitted. If you experience a violation of this policy, please report it immediately.
