Feedback:

Feedback provided on the reFINEstyle site represents each individual user’s reputation.  Buyers and Sellers, through positive, negative, and neutral ratings and comments, are given a feedback score.  For Sellers, this information is displayed in the Seller information area on each listing and is intended to promote trust between Buyers and Sellers which ultimately highlights Members who consistently transact business with respect, honesty, and fairness. Please note that reFINEstyle reserves the right to remove any content as it deems appropriate.

How Feedback works:  After each transaction is completed, Buyers and Sellers are able to rate one another by leaving Feedback scores and comments.  Feedback consists of a rating and a brief comment.  reFINEstyle recommends reviewing a Member’s Feedback profile before deciding whether to sell, purchase or bid on an item.  The Feedback rating is in NO WAY considered a guarantee on behalf of reFINEstyle but is merely meant to serve as a helpful guideline for reFINEstyle Members. 

Why Provide Feedback?   After buying or selling and item on reFINEstyle’s site, both trading partners will be asked to document Feedback on the experience.  Overtime, Members of the community will develop a Feedback profile that can serve as an integral part of ensuring trust and increasing goodwill within the reFINEstyle marketplace. 

How are Feedback Scores Calculated?

Buyers and Sellers can opt to rate each other by leaving Feedback after each transaction.   Both Buyers and Sellers will receive an email soliciting Feedback 7 business days following a completed transaction. Both buyers and sellers rate each other on a 5 point scale, at reFINEstyle our rating system is based on 5 high heels (5 high heels being best - as a girl always needs more shoes!). When a buyer rates a seller (or vice versa) the buyer gives the seller 1-5 high heels on each of the feedback criteria areas. The buyer also has the option to leave a comment regarding the experience with the seller, and designate the experience as positive, neutral, or negative. The general feedback score (which is the aggregate or average score of all ratings provided on the seller) is displayed on the user profile as 1 to 5 pink high heels. Additionally within a user’s profile itemized scores are provided (by question) for each feedback criteria area and comments along with positive, neutral or negative indicators are also displayed.

The reFINEstyle Feedback Scale is determined by the following:

·          Seller Feedback Criteria:

o    Item was shipped as described

o    Seller communicated effectively

o    Shipping was handled in a timely manner, item arrived within 5-7 business days

·          Buyer Feedback Criteria:

o    Payment received in a timely manner

o    Serious buyer

Considerations for Leaving Feedback: Please keep in mind that Feedback becomes a permanent part of a Member’s record. reFINEstyle recommends that Members contact each other to resolve issues before leaving neutral or negative Feedback.  It is critical to leave fair, fact-based, feedback related to specific transactions.

Who can leave Feedback?

Only registered reFINEstyle Members with active accounts can leave Feedback. In some situations, reFINEstyle can remove Feedback at its sole discretion.
