Invalid Email Address:

A Member must ALWAYS maintain a valid, working email address on file so that the Member can be contacted by reFINEstyle or other reFINEstyle Members for the duration of the Member’s active account.  If spam filters prevent messages from reFINEstyle or its Members from reaching the member, reFINEstyle considers this to be an invalid address.  reFINEstyle Members must take the steps necessary to ensure their account is valid and working.

Offensive Content, Spam or Threats:

reFINEstyle Members are permitted to contact one another through the reFINEstyle protected email system (“Contact a Member” or “Ask Seller a Question”). 

Communication with other reFINEstyle Members:

·         Members shall not to misuse the email forwarding system

·         Members shall not send unsolicited email (spam)

·         Members shall not email threats to other Members

The intent of these functions is to foster effective communication between Members.   Any violation of these policies may result in a range of actions including:

·         Listing cancellation

·         Forfeiture of associated fees on cancelled listings

·         Limitation of Membership account

·         Limitation of Membership rights

·         Membership account suspension

·         Membership rights revoked
