Circumventing Fees:

You must stay in good standing and current with your fees due to reFINEstyle, no exceptions.   Further, it is NOT permissible to take the following actions in an effort to circumvent feeds owed to reFINEstyle.

It is NOT acceptable to:

·          Make offers outside of reFINEstyle; or

·          Place email, phone or contact information in the listing

It is important that reFINEstyle offers a reliable experience, therefore we do NOT support listings that avoid fees as this risks resulting in a poor buying experience and puts put Sellers who pay their fees at a disadvantage.  Every listing impacts reFINEstyle marketplace trust.  While offers to buy or sell outside of reFINEstyle may not all be made with the intent to commit fraud, there is certainly a level of risk involved.
