If an item is found to violate any policy your listing may be removed from reFINEstyle.  Continued violations on reFINEstyle can lead to the suspension of your account. It is truly in your best interest to create listings that are not legally objectionable.

Guidelines for creating sensible listings:

·         Create and maintain control of your own listing content;

·         Ensure the accuracy of the statements in your listing;  

·         Ensure the authenticity of your items and use brand names appropriately; and

NOTE:  Under no circumstances is it appropriate or acceptable in any way to list replicas, fakes, counterfeits, or other illegal copies on reFINEstyle.  Further, PLEASE NOTE that under the law, lack of knowledge as to whether or not an item is counterfeit, does not excuse the Seller’s liability.  It is the Seller’s responsibility to ensure the authentic nature of the item sold.

NOTE:  While reFINEstyle does review the items listed on our site prior to posting, we are NOT experts in each and every product sold, therefore, reFINEstyle IS IN NO WAY RESPONSIBLE for items posted on the site.  All items posted by the Seller are the SOLE responsibility of the Seller.  The purpose of the reFINEstyle 24-hour Checkpoint is to ensure the requisite data is complete and that photographs are of the appropriate quality such that they are clear and easy to view for potential Buyers.
