Authenticity:

reFINEstyle Sellers may not disclaim responsibility for or knowledge of the authenticity or legality of their listed items.  It is the Seller’s SOLE RESPONSIBILITY to take steps to ensure the authenticity of their items for listing.  In the event a Seller cannot verify authenticity, the Seller is NOT PERMITTED to list the item.  It is crucial that our Members do not sell unauthorized replicas of items as such actions are ILLEGAL (and thus are against reFINEstyle’s policies).   If a Seller is unsure of the authenticity or legality of an item, the item SHOULD NOT BE LISTED FOR SALE on reFINEstyle.
